For EU Customers:
Under EU Directive 2023/2673, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. Upon return of the item in original condition, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
For All Other Customers:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at support@ikorii.com. Store credit will be issued upon return of eligible items in accordance with our standard Refund Policy.
