    What currency are prices listed in?

    All prices on our website are listed in USD (United States Dollars).


    I just placed an order. When will it ship?

    Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days.

    Once dispatched, delivery times vary depending on your location. Most orders arrive within 14–21 days.


    How long does shipping take?

    Standard Shipping: Estimated 2–3 weeks

    Express Shipping (DHL/FedEx): Estimated 7–14 business days after dispatch

    Zone 1 (Major Countries)

    Free shipping on orders over $99.95
    Flat rate of $9.95 for orders under $99.95
    A $19.95 shipping fee applies for customers in the United States, inclusive of international tariffs.

    Zone 2 (Countries without reliable standard shipping)

    Flat rate of $49.95 for express shipping

    If your country is not listed within our shipping zones, we will contact you with a custom shipping rate.


    How do I track my order?

    You can track your order anytime via our Track Your Order page.

    You will also receive a tracking number by email once your order is shipped.

    I need to change my shipping address. What should I do?

    If you entered an incorrect address, please email shop@iamverse.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

    Address changes cannot be made after this timeframe.

    Iamverse Shop is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.


    Where is my order?

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

    If you do not see it, please check your spam or promotions folder and add shop@iamverse.com to your safe sender list.


    Tracking shows “No Information Available.” What does this mean?

    Some carriers require 2–5 business days to update tracking information.

    Why did I receive only part of my order?

    We may ship from multiple fulfillment centers. Items may arrive separately and will have individual tracking numbers.

    Your remaining items are still in transit.


    My package never arrived. What should I do?

    If it has been more than 45 days since your order was shipped, please contact shop@iamverse.com and provide:

    We will investigate and assist you accordingly.


    Will I have to pay duties or import taxes?
