At I Am Creator Shop, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to assist you. Please review the policy below before submitting a return request.
We offer a 14-day return window. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
All original tags must remain attached
The item must be in its original packaging
Proof of purchase is required
To request a return, please email shop@iamverse.com.
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws in the UK, EU, and other regions.
Where legally permitted and with your agreement, we may issue store credit instead of a refund.
Store credit may be used for future purchases on our website and is non-transferable.
Please note that the following are non-refundable:
Original shipping fees
Coupons or promotional discounts applied
Gift cards redeemed
Gift-wrapping or gifting service charges
These are service costs incurred per transaction.
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at shop@iamverse.com and include clear photos of the issue so we can assess and resolve the matter promptly.
Returns may be refused if the item shows signs of wear, washing, use, or damage not caused by a manufacturing defect.
For products purchased as part of a bundle or combo pack, partial returns are not accepted.
The entire bundle must be returned in full to be eligible for a refund or store credit, unless otherwise agreed in writing due to a confirmed manufacturing defect.

Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases
Sale items
Gift cards

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) for store credit or exchange.
