    At I Am Creator Shop, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

    Returns

    We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your item.

    To be eligible for a return:

    • Item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached and in original packaging
    • Receipt or proof of purchase is required

    To request a return, email us at shop@iamverse.com. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

    Please note: We do not provide return shipping labels. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

    Refunds

    Once your return is received, inspected and approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

    For customers outside the EU and UK:
    Where legally permitted, refunds may be issued as store credit for future purchases on our website. Shipping fees, COD charges, coupons, gift cards, and gift-wrapping charges are non-refundable as these are service costs incurred per transaction.

    For EU and UK customers:
    As required by law, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving and approving your return. Where you agree, we may issue store credit instead. Please see the EU Right of Withdrawal section below for your full rights.

    Damages & Order Issues

    Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at shop@iamverse.com with clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

    Returns may be refused if items show signs of being worn, washed, used, or soiled. All items must be returned in original unused condition with all tags intact and in original packaging.

    For items purchased as part of a combo pack or bundle, partial returns are not accepted. The entire pack must be returned in full to be eligible for a refund or store credit, unless otherwise agreed in writing based on a confirmed manufacturing defect.

    Non-Returnable Items

    We do not accept returns on:

    • Custom or personalised items
    • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
    • Personal care products (e.g., beauty items)
    • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases
    • Sale items or gift cards
    • Digital products and online courses once accessed

    If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before making a return.

    Exchanges

    We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) for a refund or store credit, and place a new order once your credit is issued.

    EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

    If you are based in the European Union, you have additional rights under EU Directive 2023/2673.

    You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

    How to exercise your right:

    1. Click "Right of Withdrawal" in our website footer
    2. Complete the form with your name and order number
    3. You will receive an email confirmation immediately

    Important conditions:

    • Items must be returned within 14 days of submitting your withdrawal request
    • Items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging with tags attached
    • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility

    The following items are exempt from the right of withdrawal:

    • Custom or personalised items
    • Digital products or online courses once accessed
    • Perishable goods
    • Personal care products once opened
    • Sale items and gift cards

    Refunds for EU withdrawal requests:

    • Refunds issued to your original payment method
    • Processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item
    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
