We offer a 14-day return window, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
To request a return, please email us at shop@iamverse.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the return instructions and the return address.
Please note: we do not provide return shipping labels. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.
Approved returns will be issued as store credit, not refunded to the original payment method. Store credit can be used for future purchases on our website.
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at shop@iamverse.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We do not accept returns on:
Custom or personalized items
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
Personal care products (e.g., beauty items)
Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
Sale items or gift cards
If you're unsure whether your item is eligible, feel free to contact us before making a return.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) for store credit, and place a new order using the credit once it's issued.
